GeoAcoustics, a member of the Kongsberg Maritime Group, is a leading manufacturer of sonar equipment for surveying the seabed and the layers immediately below it. Our products are manufactured in the UK and are available through GeoAcoustics and Kongsberg Maritime sales offices in a number of strategic locations around the world. We also have a network of independent sales representatives to assist us to serve our customer base in over 60 countries.

Our products include wide swath bathymetry systems, side scan sonars and sub-bottom profilers, with systems suitable for all water depths and survey vessels types, including ROV and AUV mounting. All of which are designed and manufactured to ISO 9001:2000.

Side Scan Sonar. GeoAcoustics manufactures a range of high quality, cost effective, side scan sonar systems to suit every application.

GeoSwath is THE system of choice for bathymetric survey in shallow water. GeoSwath meets IHO SP44 specs and also produces excellent side scan data.

Combined Systems. The Deep Tow 2000 system is just one example of the way in which our side scan and profiler systems can be combined.
