We had the pleasure of hosting several local dignitaries at our HQ yesterday, including Paula Waters-Bunn, the Mayor of Great Yarmouth and Jack Weaver, the Chief Operating Officer of the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce.

They joined us for the presentation of our King’s Award for Enterprise trophy by Lady Dannatt MBE the HM Lord-Lieutenant of the Norfolk Lieutenancy at lunchtime.

Last year, we won the first-ever King’s Award for Enterprise for our record in international trade. Our general manager Linda Dowdeswell met the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace during a special reception on 27th June 2023 and almost a year later, we are delighted to have the trophy with us here in Great Yarmouth.

Thanks to everyone who attended the ceremony, to the team that helped to organise it, and of course to the entire GeoAcoustics family, who made winning the King’s Award possible in the first place!
