About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cable Moulding Technician to join our dynamic production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cable assembly, soldering, and wiring, who takes pride in producing high-quality products and is eager to develop their skills further. You will play a key role in supporting our production operations, ensuring that cables and connectors are prepared to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure wires according to engineering specifications

• Perform precise soldering, including lead-free solder applications

• Learn and apply cable moulding techniques to achieve high-quality assemblies

• Assist the production team with cable work, including wiring and connector preparation

• Work across multiple teams, providing support wherever needed

• Ensure all wiring and moulding of cables and connectors meets strict quality standards

• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

• Adhere to company policies, including Health & Safety requirements

Requirements / Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to solder confidently, preferably with lead-free solder

• Experience in measuring wires accurately

• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Previous experience in wiring and moulding cables and connectors is essential

• Comfortable working in a team environment and across multiple departments
